Broken Arrow assists individuals with special needs to live independently in their homes and communities. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. This position works full shifts at one site - there is not travel between short shifts at multiple sites as with home health positions.  Care will be provided to 3 gentlemen at the group home.

Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must:

* have a caring, positive attitude

* be 18 years of age or older

* have a high school diploma or GED

·*Valid Driver’s license

Unique schedule consists of 7 consecutive days on (Monday to Monday including overnights ). Private sleeping room is provided. This is not a 1st, 2nd or 3rd schedule. You do have time off during the day. Next 7 days you are OFF.  Responsibilities include assistance with housekeeping, money management, grocery shopping, transportation, daily living skills, recreation, etc. Health and dental premium covered by employer.
