ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO INSPECT, DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT PROBLEMS AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY. NEEDS TO BE STABLE, HARD-WORKING AND DEPENDABLE INDIVIDUAL WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Assist with cleaning and or detailing of inventory 2. Ability to understand and communicate information 3. Keep in constant communication with supervisors 4. Attention to details 5. Good hand-eye coordination 6. Ability to drive an RV 7. Park and move RV units in a timely fashion 8. Ability to use yard tractor and|or forklift – experience preferred but not required 9. Ability to repair small items and identify problem units 10. Keeps units and equipment secure from weather 11. Towing experience preferred 12. Sweeps, picks up trash and debris, empties garbage cans: keep lot clean and professional in appearance 13. Experience using generators and operating slide-outs 14. Ensures units are set up for display 15. Towing experience preferred 16. Reports any damages to supervisor(s) 17. All other duties assigned by leadership

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Valid Driver Licenses with acceptable driving record • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass a pre-employment back ground screen. • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
