Best Logistics Group is seeking an experienced, driven and self-motivated individual to join our team of highly skilled fleet maintenance technicians. This position will require 75% travel with occasional overnights.

Job Description

As a diesel truck and trailer tech working out of a service truck, you’ll report to the Maintenance Manager. Your main responsibility is to safely and efficiently maintain a varied fleet of equipment associated with our diverse group of trucking companies.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairs involving the most recent technology
• Electrical repair and diagnostics
• Knowledge of FMCSA maintenance guidelines and norms
• Basic computer skills
• Prior trucking experience a must
• Ability to work independently of others
• General knowledge of preventative maintenance for class 8 tractor trailers
• Must have your own tools
• CDL is preferred
• Clean MVR
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
