Burch Glass is seeking an experienced glass installer to join our team. Over the last 50+ years, Burch Glass has built a strong reputation for high quality, precise glass installations. We specialize in frameless shower doors, mirrors, and cabinet glass but handle all kinds of residential and commercial glass projects. Shop fabrication duties include inventory unloading and inspection, cutting and drilling of glass and mirror, aluminum frame cutting and assembly, and other related processes. Installations include but are not limited to framed and frameless shower doors and enclosures, mirrors, cabinet glass, commercial aluminum glass frames and glass panels. Candidates must pass a drug screening, background check, have a clean driving record, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of residential glass experience
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and square
• Glass fabrication skills including cutting, drilling, and edge polishing
• Glass installation experience with framed and frameless shower doors, sheet mirrors, and cabinet glass
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Arrive to work on time Monday-Friday
• Valid driver’s license

Specific Responsibilities

• Install glass, mirrors, framed and frameless shower doors and enclosures, cabinet glass, and related hardware in new construction and remodel applications
• Accurately measure and cut glass and mirror from templates and drawings
• Ability to lift and manipulate 75-100 pounds
• Keep work area and company vehicles clean and adequately stocked with consumable supplies
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
