Job Description:

The Maintenance Foreman is an integral member of the physical plant operation, and is tasked with maintaining and repairing Branchville’s 51 buildings (approximately 273,000 square feet). This position is expected to have a basic knowledge of all areas in the maintenance and construction trade; including plumbing, electrical, pouring concrete, performing preventive maintenance, painting, and complete overhaul of equipment. The Foreman position will also supervise offenders in carrying out these tasks. Offender accountability and tool control is of utmost importance.

Preferred Experience:

Two (2) years experience in a building or maintenance trade or completion of accredited college/vocational training in a related field.
