The Times Media Company is currently looking for Full-time (30-39 hours/week) Assistant District Managers to work in our Munster, Portage, and Crown Point Distribution Centers. This individual will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in the Distribution Center, coaching Independent Contractors to ensure accurate delivery, delivery of late or down routes, and other duties assigned by District Manager.

Ideal candidates will be reliable and self-motivated and have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. This position requires a vehicle, the necessity to drive daily, and the ability to lift 25-50lbs repetitively.  The starting time can vary from Midnight to 2 am with a five day work week including Holidays and weekends. Compensation includes $10.00/hour, mileage reimbursement, an excellent benefits package, and a great working environment.
