Executive Director
Clay County - Green Cove Springs, FL

Position Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for comprehensive administration of program operations, academic programming, treatment programs, behavior modification and individual case management. Employee functions as chief program administrator to oversee all components of the Personal Growth Model (PGM) and Evidence Based Practices. Position ensures compliance with all applicable local, State and Federal regulatory requirements governing non-profit education and treatment programs. Work includes implementing fundraising initiatives, overseeing financial resources, securing and maintaining relationships with community agencies and managing program budget.

Education/Experience Requirements and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Four years of experience as a senior leader or executive director of a mission driven organization and ability to demonstrate a strong track record of success in the role
  • Familiarity with charter school regulations preferred
  • Experience with working with at-risk kids a plus
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license in the state of employment and have a driving record that meets the standards of the AMIkids Transportation Policy
  • Must be able to travel

  • Experience managing multiple direct reports across various function areas
  • Strong coaching, people and project management skills
  • Results oriented individual that is willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, able to work independently as well as take direction as needed
  • Ability to inspire and influence others

    Technical Skills:
  • Solid analytical, communication, influence and negotiation skills
  • Strives to continual build knowledge, skills and expertise
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business implications of decisions and ability to ensure such decisions align with the organizations strategic goals
  • Proficient and advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
