In the Director of Dining Services role you will be directly responsible for the overall operation of a restaurant-style dining service department in a Senior living community. You will operate the department in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the residents with the maximum value for dollars spent. The Director is responsible for ensuring that the food offered to the residents and guests of the community is of exceptional quality. You will direct and conduct continuous training on safety, sanitation and culinary programs.
